Our minimum order to benefit from free delivery is €300 in metropolitan France and €800 outside metropolitan France.
For lifetime-guaranteed cords, we replace them free of charge and without the need for a purchase invoice.

You can exchange references/colors of bracelets within the same collection. There are no time or quantity restrictions.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you have 24 hours to inform us. Many people are involved in the production of orders, so if this time limit is exceeded, your order will no longer be modifiable or cancellable.
Online sales and communication concerning our brand are authorized on condition that you use the visual content (photos, logo) provided in the following section: media kit.
We provide a recommended retail price (all taxes included) for each product.
The retail price of a product in the boutique may not be lower than the recommended retail price of the brand.
Should this be the case, the brand reserves the right to warn and/or cease all collaboration with the partner.
During sales periods, you can reduce the sale price of a product by up to 30%.

When setting up a site, you are required to inform us of the final point of sale of the goods purchased (sub-shop, click & collect, online sales site, etc.).

When a collaboration between a retailer and the Le Vent à la Française brand comes to an end, it is no longer possible for the boutique to set up communication operations to promote our products.
You are also required to inform us as soon as all Le Vent à la Française products are no longer available for sale at your point(s) of sale.
Should this be the case, the brand reserves the right to take legal action for non-compliance with the general conditions of sale.
If commitments are not respected, we reserve the right to terminate our collaboration.

Article 1 – Object
The present conditions govern sales by the company Le vent à la française.
Article 2 – Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, exclusive of tax, unless otherwise indicated, and exclusive of handling and shipping costs for export.
In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Le Vent à la Française. They are your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to contact your local authorities for further information.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
Le Vent à la Française reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability..
Products remain the property of Le Vent à la Française until full payment has been received.
Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.

Article 5 – Payment
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment for your purchases is made on delivery.

Article 6 – Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay a penalty.
Returns must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this case, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product in this way may invalidate the right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Le Vent à la Française will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of notification of your request, using the same means of payment as that used for the order.
Article 7- Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website revendeurs.leventalafrancaise.com and while stocks last.
In the event of product unavailability after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail. Your order will be automatically cancelled.
Article 8 – Shipping
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page.
In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences for the delivery time indicated.
In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the right to cancel the order under the terms and conditions defined in article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code.
In the case of deliveries by a carrier, Le Vent à la Française cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the customer's unavailability after several proposed appointments.
Article 9 – Guarantee
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as stipulated in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or reimbursed.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by mail within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, with all components (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate, and return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.

The products offered comply with current French legislation. Le Vent à la Française shall not be held liable in the event of failure to comply with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. Article 11 – Applicable law in the event of disputes
The language of this contract is English. The present conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
